Vegeterian mini snack with chickpea flour
A vegeterian recipe with chickpea flour that can be used either to prepare burgers, salty bisquits or just a tasty healthy snack with olive oil!
-250g chickpea flour
-1 chopped onion
-1 chopped glove of garlic
-1 tsp paprika
-2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
-salt & pepper
Step by step...
1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees Celcium.
2. In a big pot mix all the ingredients except for water.
3. Start adding slowly the water, while stiring with a spoon and stop adding water when the mix is consistent.
4. Create small or medium little burgers and bake them for 20-30 minutes.
